In the last summer transfer window, Liverpool broke the bank to sign Darwin Nunez but now the report claims that Klopp wants a new centre forward. The same Italian source has also claimed, Klopp is willing to do anything to sign a Serie A star because of Nunez’s inconsistency in the first half of the season.

Vlahovic Performance

The Serbian has proved his worth in the Italian League. He has scored 49 goals in 100 games for ACF Fiorentina. This season, so far, he has netted 7 goals and provided 2 assists in 15 appearances for Juventus.

Vlahovic was not in the starting eleven until the last game of the group stage against Switzerland. He even scored a goal and put Serbia in the lead. But the Eagles crashed out of the World Cup with a 3-2 loss to their opponents.

Nunez could not able to shine in the World Cup. However, he scored in his first two games for the Reds, but the red card against Crystal Palace halted his development.

Juventus would be looking to gain a tidy profit and could finalize his sale for a suggested price of €100 million. It will be interesting to see how Liverpool can extract that amount, as they are up for sale. But the suggestion of a partial swap sounds unlikely, considering Konate’s status at Liverpool.

At the moment, there are not many interested parties for Vlahovic, and Liverpool could have a free hand. But the team from Merseyside should still proceed decisively because Manchester United is also interested.
