Injury concerns for Arsenal

Currently, Arsenal even faces more injury problems with Declan Rice, Leandro Trossard, and Ben White. Bukayo Saka and other key Arsenal players were also reported to have suffered fatigue coupled with a minor knock which left just about everybody in the staff and fans alike on a worrying spree.

Arsenal’s medical staff are carefully monitoring and preparing them for the important Premier League and Champions League matches. The injury list continues to pile up for Arsenal who are competing on all fronts of the league and Champions League. He is undergoing treatment and will return before the busy schedule that awaits Arsenal in December.

Leandro Trossard was ruled out by the hamstring injury. A big rotational player from Arsenal, Trossard has often covered for Gabriel Martinelli. The greatness and versatility of the Belgian winger will prove crucial in the hard-fought triumph chased by Arsenal.

Ben White: The trusty centre-half has also been ruled out through injury, nursing a thigh problem. His absence has always unsettled Arsenal’s backline balance due to his defensive midfield comfort which has allowed Arteta to make tactical switches to alter his side’s overall formation.

Bukayo Saka: Arsenal’s star winger has been almost impossible to miss. He has played in nearly every game for the club, whether in the league or cup competitions or in Europe. Though minor injuries and time-wasting fatigue would worry about overplaying. The rotation has to happen with the important clashes approachingโ€‹.

Riccardo Calafiori: Recovering from a knee problem, and his return is expected at the end of November.

Takehiro Tomiyasu: Borne back briefly from a knee injury but suffered another setback and hence awaits consistent involvement till at least December.

Kieran Tierney: He had been out all the season due to a hamstring injury sustained in Euro 2024 but reportedly making so much progress. He is expected soon to return to training.

These injuries present significant challenges for Mikel Arteta as he juggles his squad for Premier League and Champions League commitments.
