Numerous members of the Chelsea staff have become frustrated with 22-year-old forward Callum Hudson-Odoi. The 22-year-old player has now expressed his desire for a move away from the club this summer. This desire gained further momentum after Hudson Odoi was left out of the squad which faced Everton on the opening day of the League. Borussia Dortmund, in particular, is vying for the player to join them on a loan.
The player is pushing for a move away to get more game minutes. The arrival of Raheem Sterling means that one spot in the forward position is set for the immediate future. Moreover, the availability of the backup position is also in doubt for the player. In the match against Tottenham, Thomas Tuchel chose Christian Pulisic and Armando Broja ahead of Hudson-Odoi.
A loan move away where the player gets regular game time will be a good opportunity for him to showcase his talents. However, as reported by the Athletic the staff at Chelsea are not happy with his push to move away from the Bridge. Moreover, Chelsea staff are frustrated with the player as well. This is because the Chelsea staff thinks that he lacks the determination that will maximize his talent. The article reads as:

The availability of good young talents means that Hudson Odoi must prove his worth as soon as he can. Chelsea are spending big money this summer on young talents. A lot of young players have joined the Blues this season. Gabriel Slonina, Chukwuemeka, and Hutchinson are some of the talents that Chelsea have acquired in the window. Moreover, Chelsea have recently completed a move for Inter Milan’s Cesare Casadei on a six-year deal.
