Mikel Arteta spoke about Marcus Rashford to Arsenal.

Arsenal depending too much on set pieces:

The Gunners have been very great lately and they are looking forward to win more games at the moment. However, they have been struggling since the last few matches lately because of their poor attacking. They are in need of a good striker at the moment to make their attacking stronger. Most of their goals in the last few matches came from Set Piece strategies. They have been struggling to score goals from open plays lately and this have been affecting them a lot. They really need a change of their attacking plans and a reliable striker who can score many goals for them.

What did Mikel Arteta say about Marcus Rashford?

After the match on Friday, Mikel Arteta gave a press conference. In the Press conference, he was asked about the Marcus Rashford situation. He just said ‘No, and you know that I’m not going to talk about players from other clubs.’ when he was asked if Arsenal are in talks with Marcus Rashford at the moment. Arsenal have been looking forward to sign Marcus Rashford lately. Arsenal thinks that Rashford will look great in their line up and can attack really well for them because of his speed and versatility.

Author’s opinion:

I think Arsenal will most probably not sign Marcus Rashford at the moment. This is because they literally have a lot of other options for players who are even better than Rashford as well. The Englishman is linked with Paris Saint Germain as well. Arsenal will most probably sign Viktor Gyokeres as in January instead of Marcus Rashford. They might as well sign the Serbian International, Dušan Vlahović too. He will be a far better option than Marcus Rashford instead. He can score a lot more goals and can carry the ball better too.
