This is arguably reasonable considering his football talent at such a young age. He has been a key player for Inter Milan for the past season. The Italian media rates him as a ‘very exciting’ defender with great potential. Dumfries could be a perfect signing for Chelsea, as Graham Potter looks to find an alternative player for Reece James.
