Graham Potter has just won 2 games in 15 appearances as Chelsea manager and his future looks in danger.

The Blues manager has told that he has 2 games to prove himself in front of Chelsea fans to save his job. The Former Brighton took charge from Thomas Tuchel in September 2022.

Although, Potter has experienced a disastrous run at Stanford Bridge, after his appointment. Last weekend, they lost against Tottenham as both Oliver Skipp and Harry Kane scored for the host. Chelsea has just won 2 matches in 15 games across all competitions as the Champions League spot looks in danger. Currently sitting at 10th position in Premier League Table and looks far away from top-four spots. Potter’s side is already eliminated from FA Cup and has a huge task of facing Borrusia Dortmund in the Champions League, next month.

However, Former Tottenham player Jamie O’Hara said that Potter has 3 games to prove himself. He told talkSPORT:-

“Graham Potter’s next three games: he’s got Tottenham, which is massive, then he’s got Leeds and then he’s got Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.

“If he doesn’t get three big results, I think he could go. Chelsea fans don’t agree with me, Jason Cundy keeps saying ‘no, no, there’d be no point sacking him’. I’m telling you, he loses them next three games, he’s gone.”

FORMER MANAGER REPORTS POTTER CAN BE SACKED NOW

Gus Poyet, the former Chelsea and Tottenham manager has conveyed that Potter can be sacked at any moment now. He told Bettingsites:-

“As soon as you don’t win, you are out. That’s why, in my opinion, this game is much bigger for Chelsea than it is for Spurs.

“When everything surrounding the team; the press, the social media, is talking about the Graham Potter situation, it gets to a point where it is natural that the owners think it is better to change because it is a problem.

“That’s a thing where coaches are paying the price. We are not only depending on the way we work, and our relationships and results, but also maintaining the publicity around yourself and the team.

“And I think this game, after the defeat to Southampton, I think the pressure has increased dramatically. As a coach, I don’t like it. I would love Graham to stay and make Chelsea play similar, maybe even better, than he did at Brighton. But he knows, and we all know, that you have to win.”
