Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel will serve a one-match touchline ban after his red card against Tottenham. The German manager has lost his appeal and will now miss the Leicester City match.

However, this will not have any changes in the strategy. His touchline tactics against Antonio Conte gave him a ban and a big fine.

CHELSEA HEAD COACH THOMAS TUCHEL WILL NOT BE ON THE TOUCHLINE AGAINST LEICESTER CITY

According to the FA, Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel will not available on the touchline against Leicester City. Tuchel was sent off for his handshake row against Antonio Conte. Both the managers were given red cards. However, Conte’s red card was overturned. He was fined 15,000 for his involvement in the fight.

However, Thomas Tuchel is clearly the instigator of the fight between them. Hence, the FA gave him a one-match touchline ban and fined him 35,000 pounds. Chelsea will now have to bounce back against Leciester without their manager. The German tactician will also face disciplinary action for his comments on the referee Anthony Taylor.

THE BLUES ARE ALSO GOING TO BE BUSY IN THE REMAINING DAYS OF THE TRANSFER MARKET

According to reports, it is going to be busy final days for Chelsea in the transfer market. After the match, the club are going to announce the signing of Wesley Fofana from Leicester City. The center-back is not going to play the match against the Blues. He was not for sale initially. However, both the clubs have come to an agreement for 75 million pounds.

The club will then try to complete the deals for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Anthony Gordon. However, both deals are going to be tough to complete. Barcelona are not ready to sell Aubameyang for less than 40m. However, Chelsea are offering 20-25 million for him. Whereas, Everton are not ready to sell Anthony Gordon for any fee. The latest offer was 60m. But, the offer has been rejected.

Hence, it is going to be the last few busy days in the transfer window. But, for the moment, the focus of Chelsea will be on the game against Leicester. They will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing start to the campaign.
