Bernardo Silva has reportedly agreed personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain. However, Manchester City are determined not to sell him this summer.

Hence, the deal for the Portuguese playmaker is very tough. Barcelona also remain interested in the Manchester City playmaker.

According to reports, Bernardo Silva has agreed personal terms with PSG. The Ligue 1 champions are keen on the playmaker. Hence, the French giants are offering him a good financial package. Therefore, they made a 70 million bid for the Portuguese international. Although, Manchester City rejected the bid immediately. They do not want to sell him for any price.

The report also suggests that the owners are now willing to provide the player an improved contract offer if he stays beyond the summer transfer window. There are also claims that the move was blocked because of the fear that Bernardo Silva will help PSG win the Champions League before Manchester City. However, despite the blocking of offers Silva is going to request the club to let him leave.

Barcelona are also reportedly interested in the player. The report also claims that his agent is finding a house in Barcelona. He has also agreed personal terms with the La Liga side. Hence, a deal with Barcelona cannot be ruled out. Although, the Spanish giants are struggling financially. They are also struggling to register a new signing Jules Kounde.

Pep Guardiola has also confirmed that Bernardo Silva likes Barca. He said,” I‘m no one to tell Barca to forget about (signing) Bernardo,” Guardiola told reporters. “We want him to stay with us, but I don’t want anyone who’s not happy. That said, it is true Bernardo likes Barcelona a lot.”. However, Pep Guardiola said he would like the player to stay at Manchester City.

There are also reports claiming that Manchester City are ready to offer him the same salary as Kevin De Bruyne. However, the player has reportedly rejected the contract offer. Pep Guardiola has also confirmed that they have not received a single offer for Bernardo Silva.
